Payment Schedule:

Payments are to be made in accordance with the following schedule:

1. Invoices are sent every Monday for the services rendered during the previous week.
2. The last day for payment is Thursday of the current week.

Late Payment and Late Fee:
1. If an invoice remains unpaid beyond the specified payment deadline, further services will not be provided until the outstanding payment is settled.
2. In addition to the delayed service provision, a late fee of $5.00 will be applied for each day the invoice remains unpaid, starting from the day following the payment deadline.

HOW TO GET STARTED?

Insurance and Authority Requirements:
● Minimum Auto Liability of $1,000,000
● Minimum Cargo Liability of $100,000
● Satisfactory or Unrated Operating Authority
● Minimum of 3 months in business
